Access to the Winterberg ski lift carousel via us is also ideal. From the B480, take the exit to the Remmeswiese industrial estate, where you will find us right next to our Hochsauerland campsite. Tickets for the ski lift carousel are available right next to the lift station and you will also find one of our large, state-of-the-art ski hire shops just 100 metres away.

Rent a storage cabinet
In our storage lockers you can safely and conveniently store everything you don't need on the slopes, from rucksacks to ski equipment. Just €1 per locker per day and you'll be rid of unnecessary luggage. If you're staying longer, we recommend our heated lockers for just €2 per day. So your next day of skiing in Winterberg starts perfectly with dry and warm boots.

The ski courses
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced skier, whether you want to practise with a private instructor or take a special course - we'll get you ready for the slopes! Ski and snowboard beginners learn the basics with us, on which they can later build more complex skiing techniques. Are you already confident on the slopes? Intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders can also benefit from our ski courses! We will hone your technique and give you lots of valuable tips to make winter sports in Winterberg even more fun.
Important for beginners: As the lifts are not used in the first part of the course, you don't need a lift pass to start.
The next generation of skiers

Cross-country skiing in Winterberg
The Sauerland Nordic sports arena is a paradise for all cross-country skiers. With a network of up to 500 km of trails, every cross-country skiing fan will find their perfect route. There are around 95 km for beginners, advanced skiers can look forward to 270 km of quality trails, while professional skiers can train their skills and fitness on a further 106 km of cross-country trails.

Camping in winter
Right next to the Winterberg ski lift carousel is the 4-star camping park Hochsauerland. You can camp here all year round and are close to everything that is important. You can reach Winterberg town centre on foot in around 10 minutes and the entrance to the ski area is practically on your doorstep. Our Rauher Busch restaurant and our Alm Salettl après-ski bar are part of the camping park. Here you can round off your day of skiing in Winterberg in a cosy atmosphere or to the sound of popular hits. The camping park also has a large caravan site.
Right next to the park you will find our certified ski hire, a ski school and the Kinderland with toboggan slope, for a perfect skiing holiday with the whole family.
